GOLF PERFORMANCE, REHAB, AND INJURY PREVENTION

Does your swing feel inconsistent or harder than it should, even when your technique feels solid? Often, the issue isn’t your swing. It’s how your body moves through it.

Shore Golf Performance helps golfers move better so they can swing more freely and play more consistently. We address mobility, stability, and control limitations that hold your swing back, without forcing positions or relying on quick fixes.

Through golfer-specific physical therapy, rehabilitation, and performance training, every program is built around how you move and what your swing demands, so your swing feels easier to repeat, round after round.

Shore Golf Performance helps golfers improve how their body moves so they can swing better and play more consistently.

Shore Golf Performance addresses the movement limitations that quietly undermine your swing through golfer-specific physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training. Every program is tailored to the individual golfer, not dictated by insurance requirements or generic protocols. Instead of chasing temporary fixes, we refine mobility, stability, and control so your body can access the positions your swing demands. The result is a body that supports repeatable, efficient movement, allowing your swing to feel freer, more consistent, and less forced every time you play.
